Reservations / Booking Process
To reserve your stay at Aetheria Villa, simply select your preferred dates by clicking on the “Book Your Stay” button and completing the reservation form.
Once your request is submitted, your chosen dates are temporarily held to ensure availability. A secure payment link will then be sent to your email to finalise and confirm your booking.
Upon completion of the payment, your reservation will be officially confirmed and all details of your stay will be shared with you.
We offer two secure and convenient payment methods for your stay at Aetheria Villa.
After completing your reservation form, you will receive an email with all payment details. You may then choose to proceed via bank transfer, using the provided bank information, or complete your payment securely by credit or debit card through our trusted payment provider, Stripe.

Yes, a prepayment is required in order to confirm and secure your reservation at Aetheria Villa.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is requested to guarantee your selected dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount will be required at the time of confirmation.
We understand that plans may change.
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

In exceptional cases such as major travel disruptions (including flight cancellations, public emergencies, or similar force majeure events), we may offer the possibility to reschedule your stay, subject to availability.
